1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SDS Anti-Virus ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. These terms apply to all users, including schools, institutions, and individual users.

2. License Grant

SDS Anti-Virus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the plan you have purchased. This license is for internal use only and may not be sublicensed, resold, or redistributed without written consent.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SDS Anti-Virus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or decompile the Software; (b) use the Software to harm others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (d) use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDS Anti-Virus and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or system damage. No antivirus software can guarantee 100% protection.

5. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Software. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
